Before following a foreign-property referral: six checks
A useful property guide should help you ask better questions before choosing a company. Start with the source, the company's role and the conditions of a future referral—not a promised return.
Identify the company
Ask which legal entity would provide the service and check its current licence in the relevant official register. A familiar brand name alone does not establish the authority of the entity handling your transaction.
Separate information from an offer
A market guide is not a unit listing. If you later consider a property on a licensed partner's official site, confirm availability, ownership evidence and the full terms directly with that partner and independent advisers.
Understand the whole cost
Before deciding, ask for an itemised account of the purchase price, professional charges, applicable taxes, recurring costs and currency conversion. We do not estimate these amounts without dated sources for the specific jurisdiction.
Check who receives your information
UWAYZI RE does not collect buyer details. A future authorised link would take you to the partner's official website. Read its privacy notice before choosing whether to share information there.
Read the referral disclosure
A referral fee can create a commercial incentive. Any authorised referral would explain UWAYZI RE's contractual commission arrangement; it would not make the partner's claims independently verified or guarantee a transaction.
Keep control of the decision
Take time to obtain independent legal and tax advice for the destination market. Do not treat a forecast, attractive image or marketing statement as evidence of a guaranteed return. UWAYZI RE does not negotiate sales or receive purchase funds.
